Digital Cloning

When we first introduced Delphi earlier this year, we shared our vision for a world where anyone, dead or alive, could scale their influence and time through digital clones.

Imagine being able to ask Steve Jobs for advice on product design or Warren Buffet about a financial advice. We know that learning from others through two-way conversations is one of the most impactful ways to learn and grow, and Delphi brought this to life in an entirely new way.

Since our initial release, Delphi has served as an interactive platform for thousands, offering them a unique opportunity to engage with and learn from digital clones of history's most profound philosophers and leaders. This journey has provided us with valuable insights into the nuances of authentically replicating an individual's persona in the digital realm. Moreover, it has opened up intriguing possibilities about how today's influential figures could utilize this technology to not only save time but also forge stronger, more meaningful connections with their audience.

Today we’re making our new and improved digital cloning platform available to a limited group of the world’s most influential creators, followed by those who sign up on our waitlist, so anyone can clone themselves and scale their reach. Early partners who have cloned themselves include Tiago ForteKeith RaboisBalaji Srinivasan!llmindBrian Tracy, and many more.

Delphi works by leveraging publicly available and open-source AI models to capture how someone thinks and reasons, and their knowledge on the topics they know best. To get started, simply upload information from any source (podcasts, YouTube, text, docs, Notion - you name it), and our cloning architecture will meticulously analyze and extract information such as principles and thought patterns to better understand how you think, so your clone can reason on new situations, rather than just regurgitate old anecdotes, offering a dynamic, one-of-a-kind experience for your audience. You can then make your clone available through SMS, Slack, Web, Phone Calling, API, and more.

With Delphi, creators, mentors, and executives can exponentially scale their one-on-one interactions with their audience, followers, and clients. This empowers a broader range of people to tap into their knowledge and insights. By harnessing the capabilities of Delphi, creators can address the thousands of questions they receive daily across various platforms. Beyond merely responding, they can captivate new followers, generate increased revenue, and leverage insights from their digital clones to refine their content and communication strategies.

While we started with text-based communication during our beta, as part of today’s news, we’re also adding audio communication. This means users will be able to have live conversations with clones by replicating their actual voice, and it’s just as easy as picking up the phone. As AI advances, we’ll continue to explore new ways of communicating based on user feedback and needs.

We’re excited to announce $2.7M in funding led by Founders Fund, with support from Lux Capital, Xfund, MVP Ventures, and SaxeCap. Angel investors in Delphi include the founders of AngelList, EightSleep, Capital, Wander, and Soylent. AI has made it possible to accelerate product development and business growth with fewer resources, and so we’re going to build a lean, elite team of technologists.

We started Delphi before ChatGPT and before the AI hype wave to solve a legitimate problem - access to people. People are constrained by time, either because they are no longer with us, or because they are so busy, they cannot possibly respond to every inquiry. While AI is exciting, we stand committed to the problem and how AI can be leveraged as a tool to help creators and thought leaders scale their knowledge and impact to 10-100x more people.
